A. AgeInvisible™ is ideal for all skin types. If you do experience irritation, try using the product less frequently to see if the irritation subsides. If you still continue to experience irritation, discontinue use.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover debit and credit cards. This Web site uses a secure, 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) ordering system to keep your information private and secure.

Q. What are the terms of the Free Trial?
A. Free Trial Process:

  1. AUTOMATIC CLUB ENROLLMENT. In submitting an order for a Free Trial (pay just a shipping and handling fee of up to $9.41 ) of our AgeInvisible™ Daily Antioxidant Age-Defense Creme, you are automatically enrolled into our AgeInvisible™ Skin Care Solutions Club (“Club”) and will continue to be a Club member unless you follow the instructions detailed in item #5 below.

  2. FREE TRIAL SHIPMENT. We will ship you a 30-day supply of our AgeInvisible™ Daily Antioxidant Age-Defense Creme after we successfully process your shipping and handling fee of up to $9.41. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  3. SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION. On the date your product ships we will notify you via e-mail, to the e-mail address you provided at time of sign-up, that your product has shipped.

  4. FREE TRIAL PERIOD. You will have 15 days from the date of shipment to try the AgeInvisible™ Daily Antioxidant Age-Defense Creme. We will ship your product by first-class mail through the United States Postal Service (“USPS”). According to the USPS published delivery schedules, your shipment should arrive within 3 to 5 days. Accordingly, this should provide you around 10 to 12 days to try our product. The Free Trial period ends 15 days from the shipment date. If you are not satisfied after trying our product you will be responsible for returning the unused portion of product to avoid further charges.

  5. RETURNING YOUR UNUSED PORTION OF THE 30-DAY SUPPLY. If you do not take affirmative action to cancel the Club membership and return the unused product during the Free Trial period you will be charged $69.41 for the 30-day supply and continue to be a member of the Club. You will be responsible for paying the shipping and handling costs to return the unused portion of the product to avoid the charge of $69.41. If you are completely satisfied and want to keep the entire 30-day supply, simply do nothing and you will be billed at the end of your Free Trial period for the members-only discounted club price of $69.41 — a $20 savings off our normal retail price of $89.41.

Club Membership:

  1. AUTOMATIC SHIPMENTS. As a member of the Club you will receive exclusive benefits which include monthly automatic shipments at the members-only discounted club price of $69.41 (plus a S&H fee of up to $9.41 ). Simply do nothing and you will receive a fresh 1-month supply of the AgeInvisible™ Daily Antioxidant Age-Defense Creme in the form of a 1 oz (30g) jar every month. You will continue to be charged $69.41 (plus a S&H fee of up to $9.41 ) on a monthly basis until you take affirmative action to cancel your membership. SHIPPING:

Q. When will my order arrive?
A. All Free Trial orders and monthly auto-shipments are shipped USPS First Class Mail and therefore will generally arrive within three to five business days after your order has been processed. Please allow two to three business days to process your order. This allows enough time to process your authorized payment source through your financial institution. Please note: If your order does not arrive within 5-8 days, there may be a problem with the mailing address provided at time of sign-up. If this occurs, immediately contact our Customer Service Department online or by phone (1-866-686-6429).

Q. Who will deliver my package?
A. Orders will be delivered via USPS. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept requests for alternate shipping methods. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a "product has shipped" notification e-mail. If your order does not arrive within 5-8 days, there may be a problem due to inventory backorder or a problem with the mailing address provided at time of sign-up. If this occurs, please contact our Customer Service Department online or by phone (1-866-686-6429).

Q. What if my product was damaged?
A. Please use the address listed below to return the damaged product. We will ship a replacement order out to you as soon as we receive the damaged product. Orders will be delivered via USPS. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept requests for alternate shipping methods.

Please be sure to include your Customer ID# within the address as shown below. Your Customer ID# can be found in all corresponding e-mails from AgeInvisible™, as well as on the shipping label of the product received.

It is the sole responsibility of the Club member to provide AgeInvisible.com with the most up-to-date e-mail address, billing and shipping information. AgeInvisible.com is not responsible for lost, filtered, deleted or undelivered e-mails.

Q. How do I access my account?
A. To access your online account, go to the Members' section of AgeInvisible.com and log in to be able to:

  • Cancel membership
  • Request a RMA#

If you forgot or lost your e-mail or customer id# simply contact our Customer Service Department online or by phone (1-866-686-6429) and we will send you your log-in info.

Q. What if I can't log into my account?
A. Please note that your log-in information is case sensitive, and be sure to enter this information correctly, with no extra spaces. Please contact our Customer Service Department online or by phone (1-866-686-6429) if you should experience a problem in the future or you have forgotten or lost your log-in information.

Q. How do I cancel future orders?
A. To cancel any future orders, go to the Members' section of AgeInvisible.com, log in, select "Cancel Membership" and follow the instructions, or contact our Customer Service Department online or by phone (1-866-686-6429).

Q. How do I request a RMA#?
A. If you are a Club member of the AgeInvisible™ Skin Care Solutions Club go to the Members' section of AgeInvisible.com, log in, select "Request RMA#" and follow the instructions, or contact our Customer Service Department online or by phone (1-866-686-6429). Note, you must cancel your membership before you can request a RMA#. If you are not a member, please contact our Customer Service Department to request a RMA#.

PAYMENT:

Q. When and what charges will be charged to my credit card?
A. In submitting an order for a Free Trial (pay just a shipping and handling fee of up to $9.41) of our AgeInvisible™ Daily Antioxidant Age-Defense Creme you will immediately be charged a fee of up to $9.41 for shipping and handling by a direct charge to the billing source authorized by you, in accordance with the payment terms to which you agreed. We may also at our discretion pre-authorize your card for the full product price to verify your account has the necessary funds available to be eligible to participate in our Club. If we do pre-authorize your card, such pre-authorization may temporarily hold funds from being available in your account. You are responsible for overdraft fees caused by pre-authorizations.

Your Free Trial period begins the date your product ships and last for 15 days. If you do no take affirmative action to cancel your membership on or before day 15 the billing source authorized by you at sign-up will be charged $69.41 for the product you still have. Any future AgeInvisible™ Skin Care Solutions Club member auto-shipments will be charged to the billing source authorized by you at sign-up the same week your order ships. These Club membership charges include $69.41 for the product and up to $9.41 for shipping and handling. (Note, these charges will be billed individually to the billing source authorized by you at sign-up.) AgeInvisible™ is distributed by Precision Niche Products and all charges will be shown as AgeInvisible™ on your statement. If applicable, in the event that your billing source cannot process the payment due to insufficient available credit or funds, we may, at our discretion, divide the payment into incremental charges to process the order payment. Alternatively, as a benefit to consumers whose credit does not qualify for the entire product price, we may charge the credit card a partial payment and mail an invoice for the remaining balance.

Q. Am I responsible for bank overdraft fees?
A. Yes, you are responsible for overdraft fees caused by pre-authorizations and all order charges that are not cancelled prior to shipping.

At the time your order is placed, the billing source authorized by you at sign-up will be charged for shipping and handling. We may also at our discretion pre-authorize your card for the full product price to verify your account has the necessary funds available to be eligible to participate in our Club. Q. How am I notified of the terms of participation?
A.) If you signed up for a Free Trial (pay just a shipping and handling fee of up to $9.41) of our AgeInvisible™ Daily Antioxidant Age-Defense Creme , you are notified of the Terms of Offer, which includes automatic Club member shipments, in the following four ways:

  1. Acceptance of "Terms of Offer" by checkbox, as stated on our Web site, specifically on the billing page during the Free Trial order process.
  2. An automatic "product has shipped" e-mail is sent to you reminding you of the "Terms of Offer".
  3. An insert included with your Free Trial shipment restates that you will be receiving Club member auto-shipments.
  4. A "shipping statement" inserted into your monthly Club member auto-shipments restates the "Terms of Offer".

The web site clearly explains in detail the information regarding the Club member auto-ship program during the purchasing stage, and once again just prior to the final submission of the order. Free Trial orders are not processed unless the consumer has read and agrees to the "Terms of Offer" and the Privacy Policy.

You reserve the right to return the product for a full refund (less processing and shipping fees), as long as you follow ALL of the instructions listed in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Note, customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns.
